This is genuinely a fantastic FREE day out for the family in Cornwall. The museum and the tolgus tin mine mill is FREE to visit and explore. The panning for gold requires a small donation last time we checked and they also have a fantastic jewellery shop and possibly one of the best most iconic breakfast's in Cornwall. The famous big Cornish breakfast is served on a miners shovel (or a plate).
